We listen very carefully and get to know and understand the needs of our clients, and we actively promote, encourage and enable individuals of all ages to fully participate in identifying their needs and ways that we can help to meet these.
We deliver services in the persons own home and promote and facilitate access and participation in a wide range of opportunities and services available both in the local and wider community to help vulnerable adults and children of all ages achieve the things that are important to them in all areas of their life.
Edenvale Care staff are skilled, experienced, trained, supervised and professionally developed to deliver highly person centred care and support that meets specific individual needs.
We know continuity of carer is very important and we understand the need to establish positive working relationships built on trust, respect, dignity, privacy, choice and control. This is the very basis on which all of Edenvale Care and Support is delivered.
We work closely alongside individuals, their family, friends, professionals and other supporters to ensure that we are all working together to achieve common goals and help support the individual to achieve their aspirations and realise their potential.
