ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - EASTBOURNE COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICE
Eastbourne community support service primarily provides specialised community support to people with learning disabilities living in their own properties. The service aims to maintain and promote the daily living skills and independence of people using the service. Support can also be provided to people living with relatives or carers where there is an assessed need for the service. Referral to the service is via social services care management.
