Downlands Park is set within the idyllic, rolling West Sussex countryside, situated on the edge of the tranquil and attractive town of Haywards Heath – a delightful location with several National Trust gardens and the seaside nearby.
The care we offer Downlands Park offers nursing care, palliative care, care for people with Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease and those who have had stroke, and respite. All our homes offer the quality of care you’d expect from Bupa. We employ dedicated, well trained staff to provide 24-hour care and support in a professional and respectful way.
Key features of Downlands Park Downlands Park is an elegant Elizabethan property that has previously been both a private house and a school. Although it has been fully converted, modernised and extended it still retains much of its charm and original features, such as stained glass windows and a grand sweeping staircase. Downlands Park is pet friendly and residents are allowed to bring small pets with them.
Bedrooms The bedrooms are all stylishly decorated with co-ordinated soft furnishings in keeping with the elegant architectural features. The majority of bedrooms are ensuite. All rooms have a smoke detector, telephone point, 24-hour call system and remote controlled television, and some also have a view over the garden. We encourage residents to personalise their rooms with their own belongings, including pictures and small items of furniture.
