ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - DISABLED CHILDREN-THE FIRS RESOURCE CENTRE
This agency is part of North Somerset Council's provision of children's services. The Family Support Team offers support to parents and families in caring for their disabled child to meet identified outcomes and improve their overall quality of life. They support the young people to have access to planned but time limited services within the home and in other settings.
