ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - DAVENHAM HALL NURSING HOME
Davenham Hall the Chester nursing home is a beautiful Georgian Listed Grade 2 house constructed around 1822. The building has been renovated to a very high standard to retain many of its architectural features and many who visit are impressed by Davenham Hall's building, garden and friendly professional atmosphere.
The building itself has three spacious lounges and a dining room decorated and maintained to a high standard There are two passenger lifts and two staircases providing access between the ground and first floors. As Davenham Hall is set within its own beautiful grounds residents often enjoy the countryside views in the gardens, and some even have a game of golf on the pitch and putt course.
in 2009, outbuildings in the grounds have been converted into a seperate unit called The Barns to provide care for 26 people with dementia. Please see The Barns for more details.
It is approximately half a mile from Davenham village centre where there are plenty of local facilites and offers a glorious rural setting. The Nursing home, Cheshire based, is set in six and a half acres of attractive gardens with ample car parking space for visitors.
