ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CWAC WEST CHESHIRE NETWORK
The agency is run by Cheshire West and Chester Council to provide care and support to adults who have a learning disability and who live in their own homes. The aim of the agency is to promote independence, develop confidence and increase skills. The agency currently supports 22 people in their own homes.
