We try to tailor the service to the individual's specific needs; at any time, day or night. Our dependability and quality of care have earned us a deep level of trust from our clients, family members, health and social services staff.
Services & facilities
Crossroads Care can provide a wide range of support and services unique to your particular needs, including; -Personal Care Services, washing, dressing and continence care -Dementia and Alzheimers Care -Planning visits, outings and trips and escorting to appointments and classes -Helping with shopping trips -Help around the home such as meal preparation and light housework.
Crossraods Care Lea Valley is commissioned to deliver the service to the residents of London Borough of Enfield.
Hourly rate for privately purchased care:

Crossroads Care Lea Valley runs Transition Project that aims to support carers of young adults, aged 16-25 with learning, physical or other additional needs who are either movign from children's to adult services, or are experiencing change within educational or adult provision.
