The Proprietor Peter Oliver who has 40 years' experience, founder of the homes together with the Registered Manager Minqi (Lilian) Yu and her team of staff aim to create an atmosphere where service users feel that they are in the comfort of their own home but the needs for privacy and independence are satisfied in conjunction with your care needs.
