Creative Support is registered as an Industrial and Provident Society with charitable status. Creative Support-Liverpool Service is a domiciliary service providing support to individuals within their own homes to people aged 17 years and over with a learning disability and/or mental health needs. They provide 24 hour on-call support.
The main office is located in Liverpool town centre on London Road with limited pay and display parking facilities on the main road.
