ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CRAEGMOOR CHARNWOOD LODGE
Charnwood Lodge provides accommodation for 15 adults with mental health, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.
Charnwood Lodge is a large, friendly house situated in Nanpantan near Loughborough, Leicestershire; set in large grounds which stands well back from the road, we are part of The Priory Group of Companies.
We strive for professional excellence, while making sure the home retains a warm, friendly atmosphere that enables our service users to relax and develop as individuals. We have a person centred approach, ensuring that the people who live at Charnwood Lodge are treated as individuals, and that the services we provide are tailor made to enable development and growth. Our person centred plans are designed to grow and adapt as the people who use our services grow and change, and reflect what is important to the individual.
The philosophy of the services we provide are based on the promotion of individuality, dignity and respect; we work with our service users, encouraging them to be actively involved in the home and to participate in planning and decision making. Our experienced and dedicated staff team encourage personal expression, and will support the service users to live fulfilling and enjoyable lives, no matter what level of learning disability or how the individual’s behaviour may challenge the service we offer.
