Cossins House is a care home providing personal care for up to 24 older people. The home is operated by Four Seasons Health Care which is a national care provider.
Cossins Hose is a carefully converted and extended period property, providing a high standard of residential care in a warm and friendly environment.
We are set in approx 4 acres of ground with far reaching scenic views across the country side. The Home is located in Cobham Surrey and is accessible to A3 and M25
Grounds host a wide variety of wildlife, including rabbits, foxes, deer, and a variety of birds.
Cossins House is a unique home where residents are encouraged to be involved and to participate in making their daily choices and decisions in all aspects of their daily living.
Bedrooms are large with en-suite facilites
Large homely dining room with some views over countryside.
We also have 3 self contained cottages on site where residents live more independely with support of on site staff.
We have a stable multi-cultural staff team who all work extremely well together promoting an holistic environment within the home and all have an excellent rapport with all residents.
Cossins House team pride themselves in promoting a warm and homely enviornment whilst giving Person Centred Care for all residents.
