Connaught House provides accommodation, on a tenancy basis, for up to 45 older people. All flats have a kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedroom. The complex has 31 single accommodation flats; five double accommodation flats and two homes with two bedrooms. Communal areas include a large lounge, a dining room, a reading room, sitting room and several seating areas. The site includes a large landscaped garden.
