Cold Springs Park is a purpose-built home situated on a hill offering stunning views over the Lake District. Enjoying the benefits of the town of Penrith, the home is in a quiet residential area, yet the town centre is just a mile away. The home has recently been extended, adding extra bedrooms, lounges and dining rooms.
The care we offer
This home offers a welcoming environment for elderly people requiring short or longer-term residential care, residential dementia care, convalescence, palliative care and care for those with Parkinson's disease. Our carers are highly experienced in looking after elderly people including those with dementia.

With landscaped gardens and stunning views over the beautiful countryside, plus an attractive enclosed courtyard garden with seating areas, a fish pond, and a beautiful water fountain, the home’s grounds are perfect for enjoying a sunny afternoon.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are ensuite and provide views over the lake district or the stunning landscaped gardens (some also benefiting from having direct access via patio doors). The rooms are furnished to a high standard and are attractively decorated in calming pastel shades. All rooms also have telephone points, smoke detectors and a 24-hour call system. Residents are encouraged to bring their own ornaments, pictures and small items of furniture to make their room their own.
Home life
Each resident at Cold Springs Park has their own personal care plan covering their care needs, personal preferences and individual tastes. Residents and relatives are also encouraged to complete a ‘Map of Life’ so carers can really get to know each resident and their history, in order to meet their emotional, social and physical needs.
