ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CLAREMONT NURSING HOME
This purpose built, single storey Home opened in 1996. It offers specialised nursing care for the elderly and has an enviable reputation in the local community for its high quality care. In 2009, a 24 bed specialist dementia unit opened in the grounds. The two units, the nursing home and specialist dementia unit, have a highly-regarded reputation in the local area. The Home has been sympathetically designed to offer a choice of en-suite single rooms, double rooms and welcoming reception areas, all of which are available for our residents and their guests to enjoy. Although our rooms are fully furnished, we encourage residents to bring with them items of furniture and personal effects to complement those already provided so that their room can become an individual retreat.Claremont House is situated next to the High Street at Caister-on-Sea conveniently near to a range of shops and amenities. To ensure that residents continue to have an active social life, regular trips are organised to the local shops, theatre, etc allowing everyone to benefit from the fresh sea air of the nearby coastline. If you simply wish for peace and tranquillity, well maintained gardens surround the Home, allowing you to enjoy a haven from the bustle of the town.
