ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CHORLEY AND SOUTH RIBBLE CROSSROADS CARE
Chorley and South Ribble Crossroads Care is a voluntary organisation providing a support service to carers of children and adults who have care needs. The service supports carers to carry out their caring role through the provision of a respite service. Crossroads provides a range of care and support to the 'cared for' person during the respite period. Services are provided to all age groups with differing needs and disabilities throughout the Chorley and South Ribble area.
