Situated in a rural location on the edge of the historic market town of Stowmarket, Chilton Meadows is a bright, spacious home.
The care we offer
The home has four separate houses that provide care for dementia as well as residential and nursing care. The 24-hour support we provide is focused on giving each person the individual care and attention they need. Each resident has a personal care plan and we work with residents and their families to understand their background and lives, in order to support their emotional wellbeing and social needs.
Key features of Chilton Meadows Chilton Meadows benefits from large and attractive landscaped gardens. We have an aviary and a large pond and there are plenty of areas for residents and their guests to sit or take a stroll on warmer days. The home also has a sensory garden – a stimulating outdoor area with many textures, sounds, and colourful and fragrant plants.
