ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CHESHAM SUPPORTED LIVING
Chesham Supported Living Service is provided to tenants at two locations; a shared house suitable for 7 people, and a purpose built (2012) block of 14 individual flats.
Each tenant is supported with an individually tailored package of support, in line with their Social Services care assessment.
