ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CHALFONT COURT
Set in a quiet residential area in Rickmansworth, Chalfont Court is a comfortable, welcoming care home that provides nursing care for older people and those with advanced Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
Our professional, experienced team of carers aim to improve residents' quality of life and make them feel completely at home. We offer a wide range of engaging and stimulating activities – from gardening to outings to the nearby marina – which help to make life as enjoyable and as fun as possible.
We go to great lengths to personalise residents’ rooms, gathering ideas from the individual, their relatives and friends. We also offer a number of double rooms, so that we can accommodate couples and siblings who'd like to stay together.
Our aim is to provide the best possible standards of care at all times. To help us do this, we’re currently working towards the Gold Standards Framework for end of life care.
