Our new semi-independent living service ofering individual apartments for adults with challenging and complex needs, is now complete and accepting referrals.Cateswell Court is a purposefully designed service under a residential care registration, featuring six individual apartments suitable for adults with mental health needs or an acquired brain injury.In supported living, clients may refuse support thus risking a relapse in their condition, however, in semi-independent living, clients have the beneft of remaining under a care home registration with 24 hour care available on-site therefore providing the reassurance of support when required, and reducing the risk of relapse.As part of an individuals care and rehabilitation in Cateswell Court, each client receives:? Fully trained staf? Flexible levels of staf support based on individual needs? Active support and recovery models? A detailed care plan based on a comprehensive client assessment? A focus on relapse-prevention planning
