ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - CASTLE MOUNT
Castlemount is a purpose built residential care home registered to provide accommodation for people requiring personal care. The care is primarily for older people. The home is situated in a residential area of Egremont and is a short distance from the amenities of this small town.
All accommodation is in single rooms, some of which have ensuite toilet and wash hand basin. The home is arranged in three groups, each with their own sitting and dining area with a small kitchen. One of these group living areas is for people with dementia.
The home is operated by cumbria Care, the in-house provider for Cumbria County Council.
