Caremark Bedford are family owned and managed Homecare provider, offering care and support to people within their own homes. From the office in Bedford, Sisters Hayley and Jo offer personalised: Support, Companionship, Personal Care and Live In Care to anyone living in Bedford and the surrounding villages.
At Caremark we follow a comprehensive recruitment and training programme, All our team are employed by us directly and all are DBS (formerly CRB) checked. We understand that our reputation relies wholly on the performance of our Care and Support Workers, therefore they are continually trained, monitored and supported by our Field Care Supervisors who work out in the community to ensure that we are always delivering the highest standard of care.
We believe that, if possible, the wellbeing of everyone is enhanced by staying in their own home. We want our clients to continue to enjoy their past, their present and a future by staying in their own home, surrounded by their past and their familiar comforts
From the outset our team will assist you through every stage of our process. We will visit you at your own home in order for us to understand your needs and for you to tell us how you would like to be supported. Hayley would then design a personalised plan for your care and support, which can be adapted to suit your needs at all times. You will be supported by a care and support worker who will be working individually with you, or if needed as part of a small team.
We understand that people need different levels of care and support and we can tailor our services to suit an individuals’ needs including but not restricted to;
Help getting up and going to bed
Assistance washing and dressing
Help or support to prepare meals and snacks
Support or Administration of medication
Light domestic tasks such as housework /shopping
live-in care
Day and night, sitting services
Specialist services for those with more complex care needs
