The provider Care and Case Management Services Ltd offers a case management service, personal support and personal care to clients, most of whom are recovering from an acquired brain injury. Most clients are referred to the service through their solicitors. Support workers are generally recruited locally for specific clients, in conjunction with the client. After an initial period of rehabilitation, employment of the support worker will often transfer to the client for long term support.
