"Since my mother and step father have been residents at Buxton House the care has become unacceptable, limited qualified senior staff, no staff at times, no help with toileting and meals. All staff seemed to have now left. The complaints are not actioned, clothes missing, no messages are passed on. There have been a number of incidents with my mother that I have reported. The care has not improved in anyway, the meals have been dreadful at times."
