Brunswick Gardens Village in Sheffield has 217 one and two bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen and shower room. Many homes have balconies or shared patio areas. Our properties are available for rent, sale and shared ownership.

Approximately a third of residents within the Village receive help with their care. Dependent on individual circumstances we can support residents with significant assessed care needs, including dementia. Residents without current care requirements are also very welcome.
Diane Whitehead, Manager, says: "We have a group called re-cycled rhythm. All of their instruments are made from re-cycled material and they meet every week to practice their performance. This was the idea of one of our residents - it's typical of the innovation you see in this Village. Residents have travelled to Greece to learn to sail, swum with dolphins in Mexico and, closer to home, are always putting on a show, potting plants in the greenhouse or doing something that involves the wider community. The welcome here is enormous and the activity is continuous - but residents and staff are gentle and kind and you can have privacy if you need it."
Joyce Loveday (resident) is very busy in the Village, working in the coffee bar twice a week, acting as a contact for the local charity shop and helping whenever she is needed. She was previously lonely living on her own. She doesn't know what she would have done as she got older if the Village had not been built.
