ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BROMPTON HOUSE RESIDENTIAL AND NURSING HOME
Brompton House is set in the village of Broadway, Worcestershire, among the stunning rolling hills of the English countryside. The home provides outstanding care facilities and has recently completed an extensive refurbishment programme.
The care we offer
Brompton House provides residential and nursing care for long or short stays, and more specifically offers care for residents with palliative and convalescence needs along with care for people with Parkinson’s disease. We employ committed, well trained staff that provide 24-hour individualised care in a professional and respectful way.
Food
At Brompton House, our chef ensures residents receive the highest quality, freshly prepared food, that suits all tastes and appetites. All meals are nutritionally checked and cooked with fresh ingredients and special dietary and cultural needs will always be catered for.
Residents can choose to eat their meals in the dining room overlooking the grounds or in their bedrooms if they prefer. As well as our everyday menus, we make sure that on their birthday each resident receives a meal of their choice and a homemade personalised birthday cake, in way of celebration.
Activities
Residents are invited to make full use of the home’s activities and amenities and are welcome to participate in stimulating group and individual activities both inside and outside the home.
We regularly organise trips to local places of interest including Sudeley Castle and the Hidcote Manor Gardens or for a pub lunches. On-site activities include floral art, reminiscence therapy and light exercise sessions. Local entertainers often visit the home to put on shows, and during the summer residents enjoy fetes and an annual flower show on the local village green.
There are many special occasions and celebrations which take place throughout the year that we celebrate at Brompton House - visitors and guests are very welcome to join the fun!
