Broadway Lodge is situated in a suburb of York which is close to the city centre. It provides residential accommodation for 18 people. There are ensuite facilities in some rooms, and shared bathroom facilities for others. There are several communal areas for people to use and the building is accesible to those with mobility issues. There are a small amount of parking spaces available. There is also outside space for people to use.
