Brightwing Outreach Limited (trading as Rosary Cottage) is a small domiciliary care agency that is provided from a day centre for people with acquired brain injury and other disabilities. The organisation provides a range of activities and support from the day centre but these do not form part of the regulated activity 'personal care'. The report focuses on the care which is provided to people in their own homes. The service is currently provided to three people.
