As you would expect from a New Century Care Home, Briarwood has high professional standards. We employ experienced staff who continue their professional development with further training to ensure the best 24 hour support for the people living at Briarwood.
The ethos of care is to provide a balance between promoting and supporting independence whilst providing personalised residential care. All staff members respect the rights of each resident, maintaining their dignity and independence at all times.
