"My mother's been in Bourne House for over four years. In all that time I have had no reason for concern or complaint. I can go and see her at any time: just ring the bell and in I go! Everything is always clean and tidy and all the residents look spic and span. The food is nutritional, plentiful and well balanced. There is plenty of entertainment, for example singers and theme nights, like Pamper Night, Fish and Chip Night, Baking Night etc. There's also trips out to places like supermarkets, libraries, Portland Basin and theatres. The management is excellent as are the plentiful staff. Bourne House has our highest recommendation.
