ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BLUEBIRD CARE CHESHIRE EAST

Bluebird Care (Cheshire East) provides care services for older people, adults and children with a disability all in their own homes across the whole Cheshire East area. Our aim is to help enhance quality of life and support independent living with a range of bespoke services. Our trained care staff can help with all aspects of personal care, nutrition, medication administration and more. Having a person-centred approach we understand the importance of care planning that captures each customer's vision of how they wish to live; who they are as a person, their hopes and aspirations. Accordingly, we are pleased to offer care support for day trips, holidays and, particularly with our younger customers, activities and events, all towards helping them experience life to the full on their own terms. Our level of support is tailored to need, and can be a simple short daily visit, through multiple visits as required. We offer sleep-in services which can often provide respite for regular family carers. For those with higher needs, we have a full live-in service where all aspects of personal care, housekeeping and importantly companionship are met by a trained carer living on the premises with their customer. We strive  to deliver  the highest quality service, on time, every time. Our management team monitor and assess our success in this, making sure our customers' views are heard when planning our activities. Our Care Manager, supported by a team of Supervisors, recruits and trains our care staff to the highest possible standards, with on-going training and monitoring in the field. We are careful to match workers with customers by personal introduction, then becoming part of a small dedicated team in each geographical area we work in. Our services span from Crewe & Nantwich to Alsager, Haslington, Sandbach, Congleton, Holmes Chapel, Goostrey, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Poynton and Wilmslow, including all the rural villages around the towns of Cheshire East.
