Bluebell Residential home is owned by Mrs J Todd who is also the manager registered with the CQC. Another manager is employed within the home to manage the location on a day to day basis. The location is in Hessle on the outskirts of Hull and close to main bus routes. Accommodation is for 37 older people, some of whom may have dementia.
