Bishop’s Court provides expert residential and nursing care for people with dementia at varying levels of dependency. Bishop's Court is purpose built and open plan, which offers a sense of freedom to wander within an enclosed and safe environment. Bishop’s Court offers a peaceful, welcoming and homely atmosphere. We are committed to maximising each individual’s personal choice and independence.
Bishop’s Court provides a caring and friendly environment and we offer a variety of leisure, social and therapeutic activities tailored to the wishes and needs of the individuals who stay with us. We enable people to maintain lifestyles that are as similar as possible to those enjoyed at home. We encourage regular interaction with the local community, including contact with friends, family and local groups. We can provide occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy and dietetic support.
Meals are an important part of the day at Bishop’s Court. All food is home cooked for a variety of differing and specialist dietary needs. People are encouraged to eat in the dining area, but may eat in their bedrooms if preferred.
