Birdscroft provides accommodation and nursing care for up to 28 people, some of whom have dementia. Rooms are arranged over two floors and there is a passenger lift. Communal facilities include a large lounge, a small quiet lounge, a separate dining room and a secluded rear garden which is accessed via a ramp with rails. There is parking to the front of the property.
