My mum is 99 and had been in hospital for several months in Salisbury, she was sent to Bickerly green for some respite care until her future was decided. Mum is virtually blind and very frail, and was frightened when she arrived at Bickerly green, the kindness and care that mum received was wonderful, she was given help to gain her independence and her confidence.
We were so lucky that a place became available for mum to stay permanently,and she has been here since October,
I canââ¬â¢t thank the staff at all levels for the help and support that we have all had in helping us find mums forever home.
I know my mother is safe and really cared for , there is always laughter, care and companionship, well done to all at Bickerly green."
