Berryhill Village in Stoke-on-Trent is ExtraCare’s first retirement village, and has 148 one and two bedroom apartments for people over 65. Each apartment has a hallway, living room, kitchen and shower room. Some apartments also have shared patio areas. Our properties are available for rent.

Berryhill Village won Silver in the Housing-with-care 100 units and over category at the 2012 EAC Awards.
