ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BELLS PIECE SUPPORTED LIVING SERVICE
Leonard Cheshire Disability Supported Living Service provides personal care and support to adults with learning disabilities in their own homes.
The service operates from an office within the Bells Piece registered residential service in Farnham, Surrey.
Support provided includes supporting people to attend medical appointments, going shopping, prompting people to take their medicines, offering companionship, life skills training and helping people with their personal care.
