ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BEGBROOK HOUSE CARE HOME
?Begbrook House is a single storey nursing home built on the site of a minor stately home of the same name above the wooded valleys of the Beg Brook and River Frome.
It is a purpose built home with 32 spacious rooms, all well decorated with en-suite wc, telephone and television point. All rooms have access to the gardens via a patio door and views of either woodland or the gardens with pond and fountain. The rooms have standard Four Seasons features such as central heating, smoke detectors and 24 hour call systems. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing in furniture, pictures etcetera and visits from friends, relatives and loved ones are welcome at any time. Begbrook House also has 3 communal lounges an activity room, a dining area and a hairdressing salon.
My staff team and I aim to treat all of our residents as we would wish to be treated and to ensure that everybody has choices and that their dignity and right to privacy is respected. We believe that Begbrook House is more than just a nursing home and although we support people who may be very frail or unwell, we aim to make Begbrook House their home; a place where they can maintain their independence and personal freedom and live their lives with enjoyment and fulfilment.
