Staff are police checked and references are sought before employment. Care Workers are trained, supervised and provided with a personal development plan to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to deliver the highest standard of care, as well as being valued and rewarded in their chosen career. As a result, The Beeches has one of the lowest staff turnovers in our industry.
We pride ourselves on striving to deliver the highest standards of support that we would wish and expect for ourselves, our relatives and loved ones. The greatest benefit our service provides is to help you remain independent and therefore enable you to live at home for as long as possible. We will assist you to do the things you want to do. We will not take over. We will always listen to you and respect your wishes.
We offer a free, no-obligation consultation with you and your loved ones to discuss your particular support requirements and consider the range of options we might take to best meet your needs, wishes and personal goals. This might consist of a short term, intensive care programme designed to get you back on your feet, or alternatively, a longer, structured period of support.
