ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BEECH LODGE - MABLETHORPE
Beech Lodge is located in Mablethorpe and owned by Linkage Community Trust. Beech Lodge/Oak Lodge are situated in the popular east coast resort of Mablethorpe and opened in October 1998 and January 1999 respectively. These are a pair of purpose-built houses situated close to the centre of the town within easy reach of the community facilities. The recreational space consists of two large lounges, separate dining room, kitchen and utility room and a conservatory. There are bedrooms on both the first and ground floors with three bathrooms and four WCs. Each house accommodates nine service users.
As part of the Single Regeneration Programme for Mablethorpe the scheme was part-funded from European monies. In addition to the two homes there is the Linkage Green cafe and bowling green across the road. This provides further employment options for service users from the homes.
