Bedford Nursing and Residential Home

Battersby Street, Leigh, WN7 2AH

Average review score of 1.2 from 1 customer reviews

"My mother was admitted to Bedford for respite after spending a period of time in hospital. After spending just over a month a Bedford she was then admitted to hospital with sepsis, which I believe was down to the lack of care, sadly, my mother passed away due to this. Various safeguarding orders were raised from 2 different hospitals and myself due to bedsores, lack of personal care and faster than expected deterioration. Most of the nurses were far from helpful apart from a select few. Paperwork was not completed to the expected standards. My mother was on a food supplement which wasn’t supplied as prescribed, that’s what the paperwork states anyway. Stay away from this place, do not let your relative suffer here."
