Bearwardcote Hall was previously the private residence of the Thompson family who in 1987 decided that the property was too large for a family of 4 but couldnt bear to part with such a beautiful building. The preferred solution was to open Bearwardcote to a wider family in the form of Bearwardcote Hall Residential Home, with a view to providing the very best care in a close family home envoironment.
