ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - BARONSMEDE
Baronsmede is a care home for a maximum of nine people with learning disabilities. It was first registered in March 1986 and since that time the existing accommodation has been extended and upgraded to provide additional facilities for people who require higher levels of support on account of high anxiety, Epilepsy, Autistic Spectrum etc.
The aim is to provide a homely environment which allows individuals freedom of choice and control over their own lives, with support where appropriate. Services are provided in consultation with the people living in the home, and are designed to meet individual needs.
