Balmoral is a purpose built home, which prides itself on offering person centered quality nursing and personal care to older people. Balmoral is a large home (85 places) and accommodation is provided over three floors. There is a separate unit on the first floor with immediate access to the gardens where people with dementia are treated as individuals underpinned by a person centered approach in an appropriate environment of care for people living with dementia.The home offers specialised dementia care and is the first home to gain a Pearl Award at Platinum level.
