ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - AVENUES SOUTH EAST SERVICES (ASES)
The service provides personal care and support to older people and people with a learning disability living in their own homes, mainly in the Medway area.
The service has two separate teams. A team providing support to older people, mostly on a short term basis for people that have been discharged from hospital. And a team providing support to people with a learning disability.
The service provides support to enable individuals to live as independently as possible.
