ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - AUTISM PLUS THORNE HOUSE
Autism Plus Thorne House provides care and accommodation for up to 33 young people and adults with Autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions. It is a large house divided into five separate apartments in a relaxing setting, yet close to the town centre.
Finding the right place to live is important and moving home is a big step. Autism Plus residential services can support individuals to live independently 24 hours a day. The apartments are in homely, welcoming surroundings with flexible support packages tailored to individuals needs. Many people use residential support as a stepping stone into supported living.
