Astor Care and Nursing is a family-run local Homecare and Nursing business which started in 1990 at our offices in Knaphill near Woking. We care for many people in the Surrey and Hampshire areas and were compliant in all 5 areas inspected by the Care Quality Commission at our last inspection in November 2013.
There are many reasons why people require some extra help at various times in their life. Astor Care and Nursing can arrange for a kind, caring person to come to your home and help you or family members with any of the following tasks: personal care, bathing, hair-washing, physical therapy exercises, companionship, nursing care, simple cooking, shopping, medication management, ironing or light domestic duties. We can also accompany you on visits to opticians, your GP or medical appointments.
We try to sensitively match suitable carers with clients and arrange an introductory meeting whenever possible before any long-term arrangements are put in place.
