Appledore Farm House is a detached house in a rural location, but close to the M5 and local towns of Tiverton, and Wellington. It provides 24 hour care and support to young adults who have complex needs including hearing impairment or deafness, autistic spectrum disorder, ADHD and challenging behaviour. The home provides single spacious bedrooms and communal space includes a lounge, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms.
