ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - AMORE ADDISON COURT NURSING HOME
Amore Addison Court is a purpose built home which caters for people who require varying degrees of help in their day to day lives. Although Addison Court caters mainly for people who are over 60, we take each individual into account and will accept younger people into our care.
Addison Court offers a modern and supportive environment with individual bedrooms and comfortable lounges. We have a choice of dining rooms and lounge areas in the home, along with quiet seating areas in the corridors where residents can watch the world go by.
The home has an enclosed sensory garden for those suffering from dementia which minimises risk and promotes wellbeing.
We offer a flexible choice of services, all of which are supported by the local GP services:
Nursing care
Residential care
Dementia care
End of life care
Respite care
Convalescent care
Our dedicated team of staff look to see that we meet each person's individual care and social needs. We work in partnership with families and friends to help us to give every one of our residents a positive experience in our care. There is an open visiting policy and friends and family are always welcome.
