ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ALTON HOUSE
Alton House is a small residential care home, registered to care for elderly people with dementia over the age of 65.
We are ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Hornchurch. We also overlook Harrow Lodge Park and boating lake.
Alton house has a homely, comfortable and friendly atmosphere with two separate lounges. All our bedrooms are single rooms, 17 of which have en-suit facilities. We have two assisted baths, one is a walk in bath and the other with a portable hoist.
All our staff are offered training in accordance with National Minimum Standards. Staff are caring, flexible and accommodating, they follow clients’ Charter of Rights and our own Care Policy.
We at Alton House recognise that all our clients have individual needs, experiences and aspirations. We aim to enable and empower clients to live a fulfilled, independent and happy life whilst at Alton House.
