The Agincare Poole branch has been established on their premises for over 6 years and is located not far from the busy Dolphin centre, also the Lighthouse Centre for the Arts backs on to the office.
The office has plenty of off street parking both to the front and rear and wheel chair access throughout. Gemma White is the Registered Manager for this office and has been with Agincare for over 7 years and is registered with the Care Quality Commission. She is supported by a highly experienced office team who combined have over 35 years of experience within the Care sector.
At present we are approved providers with 2 local authorities; The Borough of Poole and also Dorset County Council and provide care services to the private market in the Poole area. We offer a wide range of services including domiciliary care, personal care, shopping visits, companionship, sitting services and domestic help. Agincare is a well established provider of Domiciliary care in the Poole area and has been operating in the area for well over 10 years.
This dependability and experience is reflected in the care we provide and the high standard and person centred approach he use. At Agincare Poole we understand how important it is to receive a constant and reliable service. All staff members respect and encourage choice and independence and ensure these are promoted at all times, and that service users are given every opportunity to be involved within the package of care they receive.
